Citizens for a Better Flathead from time to time establishes gift-giving campaign goals to encourage additional funding needed for certain projects. Donations to such a program or campaign do not constitute a permanent restricted gift, but rather a temporarily restricted campaign fund. Citizens for a Better Flathead reserves the right over time, as the board determines needed or appropriate, to move funding between campaigns and the ongoing work of the organization in keeping with its exempt purpose.
